Cassius come the French electronic music duo comprising Phillipe Zdar and Hubert Blanc-Francart (also referred to as Boombass). Together it remixed music of their contemporaries, Air and Daft Punk, before producing their have original works.

Inside January 1999, they freed their 1st only "Cassius 1999" in the UK, which entered the chart at dull 7. This was before long followed by their debut album, 1999, which experienced 2 supplementary individual freed from either it.

2002 saw their second album release, Au Rêve. This featured a "empowered female disco" track "I'm A Woman," by owning Jocelyn Brown on vocals.
